Tensions are running high in the hilly areas of Manipur after a two-month-old video of two women being paraded naked surfaced on the internet on Wednesday. The alleged incident took place on May 4 in Kangpokpi district, a day after violence broke out in the north-east state.

A complaint filed in the matter said three women were stripped naked in front of a mob. They were part of a group of five people who were abducted by a mob following the violence that broke out the day before.

If bjp wins in 2024, we want our south india & northeast india to be separate nations. We can't tolerate bjp anymore. Bjp can rule north india and do whatever they want. We south indians had separate kingdoms and we were never a part of northern india. We are not a part of indus valley civilization. Because of the British, we became a part of current india. But now we are regretting it.

That’s why students like us are not staying in India anymore instead we are flying to abroad for higher studies. India is never a safe place, by hearing this news afterwards I don’t even wanna come to India anymore. I can’t say I’m proud to be an Indian anymore.

I know this will repeatedly happen in India . My heart is bleeding for those 2 innocent women's. WHY no one can do anything about it. People are running away from this country, including my family, just because of this unsafe situation.
