If India's territories are in threat from China then it is better to fight them than to gift them the territories. In a war, China will suffer such a high casualities and heavy losses that, even if they win, it'll be meaningless to them.

If we don't attack China now, we can't do it in future when they have AI and autonomous weapons ready for military use and we seriously lag behind them in these areas. Today's war outcome will depend on who has stronger boots on the ground.

That's because officially Bhutan's foreign affairs are "under guidance of India", so here we see a UN member has no diplomatic tie not only with it's neighbor China, it has no diplomatic ties with all 5 permanent UNSC nations.
